Refund & Return Policy

At Amrah Wholesale, we value transparency and customer satisfaction. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing your order.

🚫 No Return Policy

We do not accept returns once the product is delivered, unless there is a genuine issue from our side such as:

• Wrong product sent
• Damaged product received (with proof)

In such cases, we will replace the product with the same item after proper verification.

💰 Refund Policy

We follow a strict no refund policy. Refunds are only issued under the following rare conditions:

• The product is out of stock after payment.
• Duplicate payment by mistake.
• Unable to process the order from our end.

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after confirmation.

📦 Stitched & Customized Products

Products that are stitched or customized on request are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless there's an error from our side.

Without valid proof, replacement will not be considered.
